Hi there, thank you taking the time to complete our survey and I am sorry to hear your order has still not arrived with you. I can confirm your delivery left us on 7th May, 2020 and we normally expect it to arrive within 3-5 working days, as this time has now been exceeded please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. We do need to allow a full 10 working days for the delivery to arrive and then we can investigate further.
