The customer service team called me as soon as they found the problem and called for a replacement item to be sent to me. The mark of a good company is how efficiently they deal with and resolve a problem
I never give full stars, but also, the reason mainly is I had a debt letter regarding The Harry Potter Collection, which I had cancelled. This has now been sorted.
Only this one problem, excellent...
