We were further sorry that you haven't received your confirmation documents. These were sent to you by email on 10th November and the email address we used appears to be correct. Just in case this has still not reached you I have put a copy in the post.

As always very helpful and informative staff ,nothing is too much trouble for them, shame though the partner flies free wasn't available when I wanted to go, also the loyalty reward has been dropped...
