Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all feedback good or bad as we are constantly striving to improve our levels of product and service.We produce thousands of lanyards in a day here at WePrintLanyards but we try to provide a personalised service alongside our highly automated production processes. Our opening hours are 8am – 4:30pm and I can see on our system that you placed your order at 4:03pm on the Monday. Your first proof was emailed to you at 8:20am on the Tuesday. Our artwork team prioritised your order and created your design first thing as you had paid for our two-day service but unfortunately they missed the mock-up that you had submitted. You called in at 10:36am to advise us of our error and a revised proof was emailed at 2:47pm. Unfortunately I think this is where things went a little awry. We did not receive the proof approval that you claim you made via your mobile phone. We have tested our systems and all seems to be working as it should on mobile devices, so I can only assume that this was due to poor signal or a technical glitch out of our control. We do have a back-up plan for such instances and our system automatically sends a proof reminder email to alert you to the fact that we haven’t received it. This was sent at midnight on the Tuesday and we received your proof approval at 9:39am on the Wednesday. Our production services are all based from the time we receive payment and proof approval, this is because we cannot proceed with the print until we have confirmed that the customer is happy with their design. This should have been explained to you at the point of order, and we apologise if this didn’t happen. Based on the two-day service you purchased, we despatched your order on Friday, two days after receiving proof approval on Wednesday. Having looked at our process logs, I can see that we should have taken into account your mock-up in the original proof and perhaps we should have chased your proof approval sooner in order to meet your deadline. As a result of your complaint we are looking into improving our automated communications for express orders and we will process a 25% refund as a gesture of goodwill.I am pleased to read that you were happy with the quality of our lanyards when you received them and rest assured we will work to improve our services further.
