I have spoken to Emma who dealt with your order and she has informed me that due to human error, the wrong card holders were despatched to you. I apologise for this, we try to ensure that all orders are despatched correctly from our warehouse but very rarely mistakes are made. I had a small logo that would not print well and they contacted me suggesting that it was made bigger. This resulted in a Lanyard design that was better than the one I had submitted.
