Bra fitting can be tricky and we always recommend having a new fitting every 6 months as our bodies are constantly changing. There can also be differences in fit between sizes and styles which just complicates things even more! We regrettably are unable to cover returns for customers outside of the UK nor be able to offer a free returns label either, however for those based in the US we usually recommend using USPS which charges up to $30.00, based on the service used. Although, we don't send notifications when a parcel was delivered to us, customers can check the whereabouts of a return by tracking it with the same return tracking number stated on the proof of postage. As stated on the website, the current returns processing time can take up to 14 working days from the date of its receipt, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Rest assured our team is working through these in chronological order as quickly as humanly possible. Once your returns have been processed, you will receive an email to confirm and will be refunded the same day. Depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account. Upon looking into this further, we can see that your refund has been issued accordingly, on the 2nd of August and an email confirmation of this would have also been sent for your reference.
