For US Tracked shipping we estimate delivery within 10 working days from dispatch. We are pleased to see that our International Carriers were able to deliver within these timescales. Sorry to hear that the items purchased did not offer the fit expected. Bra fitting can be tricky, and we always recommend having a new fitting every 6 months as our bodies are constantly changing. There can also be differences in fit between sizes and styles, plus different lingerie brands vary in their exact sizing specifications! We do offer a 90 day returns policy where items in their original condition with tags can be returned for a refund if not suitable. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a refundable or freepost option for overseas returns I'm afraid. We're always looking for ways to improve, and this is something we'll definitely look further into whilst reviewing our international customers’ experience. We recommend double checking with a few couriers for different pricing. The parcel only needs to be tracked, not expedited.
