Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry the fan wasn’t what you were expecting.
As this is an electrical product, once the packaging has been opened we’re unable to accept it back as a return because we can no longer guarantee the product’s integrity or resell it as new. This is outlined in our change-of-mind return policy which is communicated throughout the ordering process for full transparency.
We provide product images and detailed information on the listing to help customers make an informed decision, and our team is always available via phone, chat, or email prior to purchase if any clarification is needed. While we aim to ensure images are as accurate as possible, there can occasionally be slight variations in how a product appears in person compared to online images.
We appreciate your feedback and are always happy to assist customers before purchase to help ensure the right product is selected.
