Sorry to hear you had trouble finding our new warehouse, which we had just moved into when you visited. We have now removed the old signage, and there is a large sign with the address. Please note that the installation prices indicated on our site are for standard installations only and not tailored to every individual job and we do provide a to give our customers and idea of the types of things which may affect the complexity of an installation. While we understand that it’s frustrating to find that the extension rod was not available after purchase, it is not required for all installations. Our friendly staff would have been happy to consult with you about your ceiling height prior to purchase, which would have given us the opportunity to check availability and offer alternative suggestions if necessary. If you still need a rod, please email service@universalfans.com.au and we will assist you further.
