I was very happy with the service apart from they quote 3 -5 days for delivery, we ordered on the 9/12/15 today is the 21/12/15 and still no blinds.
Part of this is UPS fault.
I have lost two days...

Poor service, blinds did not fit, connectors were not cut, quality of blinds and brackets poor, customer service was unhelpful to say the least. Would not purchase from here again.

Should take better care to ACCURATELY represent the colour of their products on line. Poor quality control.
