Got my order very quickly and again they are of good quality but unfortunately 1 of the blinds is damaged and needs to be replaced

Still awaiting a response to a recorded request for a call back on 22/12/15 after 3 recorded messages. The recorded response to a call to customer services announced the inability to answer the call...

Only problem was with delivery, after waiting over a week. I rang customer service and it was sorted in a very [professional and polite manner. The blinds was delivered the next day.
The on-line promise when ordering was for 5 days as I recall. When I chased the late order up I was informed their had been a delay in production. This information I feel should have been volunteered...

Excellent blinds look great and very good quality. Delivery was a bit slow due to manufacturing delay on blackout material however customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend
