Hi Anupam - I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived yet & usually, the service to The Netherlands is around 3-4 days. As I mentioned in my email on 21st December, we're in a pandemic, the EU had closed its borders to the UK and it's Christmas. Also, you only paid for an economy non-tracked service, so we are unable to locate it. It's not considered lost until 20 working days have elapsed which is the 18th January and we will gladly replace it for you. Kind regards Neil
