I am pleased to hear that you were happy with the service received and will ensure that the rest of the team is informed of this. With regards to the wall, we do generally aim to avoid placing skips over walls on the basis that once full, skips have a tendency to swing slightly and we did not want to cause any damage to your property. We can only apologise that the collection took place a day later than planned, unfortunately unforeseen circumstances meant that we weren't able to collect your skip on the day requested but we are pleased to hear that it did not cause too much of an inconvenience to you. I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service received, and can only apologise for any inconvenience caused with regards to the late collection. I have had a quick look into the job and it appears that you were contacted to ensure that you were kept up to date as to when your collection would be scheduled in for. Unfortunately, during our busy periods our collections can take a few days to complete and as much as we try to avoid this unforeseen circumstances sometimes make this impossible.
