Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am pleased that initially we were able to meet your service expectations. I've had a quick look into your job and it appears that we did our very best to get the skip collected on Thursday, you were contacted as soon as we were informed by the driver that it would not be possible to collect your skip due to unforeseen circumstances - I can only apologise that this was not sooner in the day. With regards to collecting the skip before midday, this was passed on to the driver at the beginning of the day and we do our best to meet deadlines but there are occasionally issues that occur meaning that we cannot promise times. When you called on Friday, one driver did inform that it would not be possible to collect until late afternoon, so we did call another driver and put the job on him knowing that he would get there sooner. I've checked the paperwork and can confirm that the driver collected the skip just after 1pm so this hopefully shouldn't have caused too much of an inconvenience for the buyers. Again, I can only apologise that you were unhappy with the service received and we hope to work with you again in future to prove that our service is better. Kind Regards, Abbie

We are sorry to hear that you were not pleased with the time frames - we do recommend that the 4 day hire option be used over a weekend, so that you have your two full days uninterrupted with the skip to fill it up, however I can see how this could have caused an inconvenience for you. With regards to the collection, it appears that your collection has been marked as completed so we will report this glitch to system management and be out as soon as possible to collect your skip.
