I spoke to a woman on the telephone at 4.30pm querying postage charges. The matter was resolved quickly with follow up email. I was very impressed and have since shopped with you twice since.

Delivery took longer than I expected but considering it was free I suppose ai can't really complain.

Fantastic product and a brilliant service. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The products I did receive where great and fab prices, however the abc flash Cards that I ordered and paid for did not arrive and I could.find no Phone number or email address to correct the issue....

I am always pleased with book prices but delivery is a bit slow. Could improve that.

It wasn't exactly poor,but certainly wasn't good. The first books arrived bent,I was charged twice for the same order. I called twice and no one called me, my email was responded to after 2 days....

I have placed the order with the works and after 5 days I am still waiting for delivery. I have sent the email regarding my order but this was never answered. Not happy at all.

I thought the parcel took a while to arrive. I had to keep looking on the web page to see when it was processed. If the delivery wasn't free i would not of ordered from The Works.
