All one would expect

The payment section was very unclear so I have a horrible feeling I have been charged twice once by sage whatever they use and then again by paypal.

Delivery wasn't quick but I wasn't in a hurry for this order so no issue.

It took my books about a week to come thought it would be a bit earlier!! but love how the works always have good offers on and this time it was free delivery as £2.99 is a bit steep.

Ordered on 13 September and heard nothing so chased on 2 October and the good arrived the day after - money went out straight away through.

took a long time to receive order and in dribs and drabs and damaged items.
