Hi Sarah, further to your conversation with our Regional Sales Manager, where you indicated that this review had been left in error, and that it was a different company that your delayed refund was related to, please could you email danbeer@thestoreroom.co.uk to ask for this review to be removed. We can then ask Feefo to remove this as we will be able to show that it was a mistake. We really appreciate your co-operation with this and thanks for using The Store Room.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that the actions of the third party company that you mention affected your experience with us in this way. We will certainly look into their behaviour that you have described (which we find unacceptable), and whilst this is to some extent beyond our control, we always expect customers to behave in a respectful and polite manner towards others customers whist on our premises. Due to the nature of our business, there will be times when removal vans will be at our loading areas, however there should still be ample access for other customers to come and go to their storage units easily, and our staff are always on site to ensure that things are running smoothly for all customers. As I mentioned, we are very disappointed that the actions of a third party have had a negative effect on you, and rest assured we will be looking into this and doing everything that is within our power to ensure that this does not happen again.
