Mr Paul Dilworth說了有關 The Store Room:

Misleading contract, ended up paying for an extra month because I'd not given notice of moving out. Maybe my fault but if this was made a bit clearer I'd have saved myself, money and stress

Thank you for your feedback Paul. Firstly let me apologise for the issues you experienced. It is certainly never our intention to mislead anybody and we pride ourselves on being clear and transparent when we explain how the storage works. We ask for 2 weeks’ notice to end the storage contract, and it is part of our procedures to explain this when you start your storage with us. Based on your comments we will certainly look at ways we can make this clearer if necessary.

Convenient and helpful staff.

I rented space at ‘The Store Room’ for two years whilst I moved from a house to a flat (hence needed to get rid of a load of things). I can definitely recommend The Store Room for its convenience...
