Good staff. Unit too pricey. Musky smell to items when retrieved @upstairs.
Musky damp smell to items when retrieved from upstairs lock-up.
The cost of the unit is too expensive too.

Firstly, thank you very much for the positive comments about the staff at the Bradford site, I'm sure they will be delighted to hear this. In terms of our prices, we do regularly check our prices against our local competitors and find that we offer the best in the area, however we will of course keep an eye on this to ensure we are always offering the best value. Finally, in terms of the smell you mentioned, we have not encountered this issue before in our 13 years of being open, however we will of course look into this and check the unit which you were occupying. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review and thank you for using us.
