Hi Liam,Thank you very much for the positive rating of the service you received at our Leeds storage facility and for your comments about how friendly the staff are and how good the prices were, we really appreciate it. Thank you also for your feedback regarding face coverings. We will take this onboard and I will pass this on to the team at Leeds, however as you highlighted, we do have a clear and visible policy in place for this which we expect everyone to follow.
