Thank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about the difficulties that you had in terms of the van and entrance being blocked by another customer. In this regard we have recently introduced another customer access point in order to make things easier during busy periods. In terms of your unit, we always aim to ensure that our building is clean, dry, safe and secure - we will look at the specific unit that you mention to try and rectify the issue that you raised. Dan

Thanks so much for the kind comments regarding our site and service - we will certainly take a look at what you say regarding the opening hours. We do have a number of units that are accessible on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis for customers who need out-of-hours access. Dan
