My only slight criticism is that I had my contents in storage for 3.5 years without ever once accessing it and I would have thought that after such a long period I might have got some kind of discount/loyalty reward.

Thank you very much for the positive comments - regarding the loyalty reward that you mentioned, this is definitely something that we will look at going forward as we do want to make sure that our long term customers are looked after well.
