On the point you make regarding the promotional price, we always aim to give our customers the best deal based on the length of time they think they will be in storage. We now also have a longer term discount option where customers when they begin storage can choose to receive a discount for up to a full 12 months if required to give them a bit more flexibility. Thank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about the difficulties that you had in terms of the van and entrance being blocked by another customer. In this regard we have recently introduced another customer access point in order to make things easier during busy periods. In terms of your unit, we always aim to ensure that our building is clean, dry, safe and secure - we will look at the specific unit that you mention to try and rectify the issue that you raised. Dan
