Thanks for the great feedback and for taking the time to leave it. We're really pleased to hear how helpful you found the staff at the Leeds site, I'll be sure to pass this on to Richard and the team. When someone says they will recommend us to their friends that is always what we like to hear - don't forget, if you do recommend someone and they go on to take some space with us, once they have been with us for 8 weeks you can choose a £50 gift card for a shop of your choice as a thank you from us. Once again, thanks for using us! Dan

Firstly, thank you very much for the positive rating. I’m really disturbed to hear about the issue that you mention, so please let me unreservedly and sincerely apologise for this. We do have extensive pest control measures in place at the site to ensure that it is not possible for something like this to happen, and this is something we take extremely seriously as our promise to our customers is that we will look after their things as if they were our own. We will re-look to see if there is anything further we need to do in terms of the measures we have in place, but we are confident in our belief that this is an isolated incident and that there will not be any further issues like this at the site.
