felt ripped off

when we took out a three month contract everything was fine, when the contract was up the price suddenly went up without notice. When we went down to the storage unit we was told by the gentleman...

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your feedback and for the positive rating. In terms of the price for the storage unit, I can see that you were given a special offer discount when you moved in to storage for the first 3 months. We always try and match any offers we give to customers to the time that they estimate they will need the storage for, however if it does turn out that they need it longer, then the standard rate would apply after the initial discounted period. We always aim to offer the best value storage in the local area and in the unlikely event that another company does have a cheaper like-for-like price, we have a ‘Price Promise’ which ensures we will match that price. In terms of giving notice – we explain to all customers when they set up their contract what they will be paying and also the details of any special offers that we have given them, and how long they will last for. We also email each customer an invoice showing the price 10 days before their next payment is due. We will certainly look into the issue in your particular case, but it is certainly not our practice to not keep our customers informed of what they will be paying. Great staff, extremely helpful.

Friendly helpful staff, every query was sorted without fuss. Only issue was our second unit had a roof support taking up floor space, so large items had to be fed around it, but that's it.
