Hi Shelagh, as per our communication over email today, our approximate delivery time is between 5-7 working days. As your order was submitted on Sunday 8th August, our Head of Operations has informed us that you should receive your order shortly. However, we understand that this situation has been an inconvenience and a source of frustration for you, and so have agreed to provide you with a full refund. This will take approximately 3-5 working days to re-enter your account. We hold ourselves to high service standards, so it is upsetting that in this case it has not been your experience.
