Good morning, we have emailed you privately regarding your order. Unfortunately, due to a technical error at the time of your purchase, your order was subject to an administrative error that delayed it beyond our usual delivery timings. Due to this error being our fault, we have re-sent your order for next day delivery. We appreciate that this situation was very inconvenient for you as the customer and was made to be worsened by us not responding in a prompter fashion. We hold ourselves to high levels of customer service and it is disappointing to us that this was your experience. Your comments and feedback have been relayed to management and will be fully investigated to ensure that this does not happen again. Thank you for providing this vital feedback, without it we can not maintain the high level of customer care that we expect from ourselves.

Hi Caron, thanks for taking the time to let us know about your service experience with us. Hi there, we're glad to hear that the delivery met your expectations. We can confirm that all our soaps are generously scented by expert perfumers and stability tested to ensure that the products are of the highest quality they can be before they are available for purchase. It is upsetting to us that this has not been your experience and we apologise for the dissatisfaction caused.
