This was despatched from our fulfilment centre when your order was placed however there have been numerous problems with Royal Mail where there has been a severe backlog of parcels due to ongoing strike action and the most recent cyber attack.

After 3 weeks, according to the tracking number, my products have not been scanned into the royal mail. It’s hard to love a company that charges your account, but doesn’t send the purchase

I have not received my order, so I can’t say much except that tracking says it hasn’t reached the post office yet. It seems odd that it would take so long to post the order.

I love the products which I bought. I have Eternal anti-aging super serum, it's amazing and Eternal super cream, my skin never looks healthier, fresh and radiant.
I recommend a solid hand cream bar....
