Thank you for your feedback. We aim to have an aesthetically pleasing and effective product. I would advise you to measure the success of the product by seeing a reduction in fruit flies around your home/kitchen area. We thought the product may be off putting to some customers if you were able to see the caught flies inside. May I suggest you look into the product and swirl the solution around to look for caught fruit flies? Thank you

Thank you for your query. I apologise the sizing was smaller than expected. We have created this bin bag holder to be of an average size, and have now included the measurements of the holder on the item description. However, regarding your delivery, I can see from the tracking the order was placed on 9/2/22 after midday and arrived to you on 11/2/22. Unfortunately as stated on our check out shipping terms, we are only able to offer next day delivery on orders placed before midday. I look forward to your comments and hope for revised feedback.
