Thank you for your feedback - I am sorry to hear this. I can see from the tracking you have had this product for less than a week. Please note, it can take up to 28 days to break the routine of a fox's behaviours and habits, meaning it can take up to 4 weeks for them to associate your garden as now a distasteful area to be around, and an irritant to them. I would advise you give the product longer to come into affect, and to ensure you are using this in areas where you have seen fox activity, and using it around any known walkways and entrance points., and to keep applying the repellent every 48 hours and after every rainfall. The product will work, it can just take time, we advise you to persist with this product. We would be very grateful for your revised feedback in a few weeks time!
