Poor dispatch time

Ordered on Monday so Tuesday should have been dispatched, contacted customer service told it was out for delivery Wednesday rung again Thursday told the same delivered on Friday looked at invoice it...

Apologies for the delay - order was shipped on the 20th Nov and delivery was attempted by DPD on the 21st @ 12.39. - Delivery was then sent to the local DPD pick up point and collected on the 5th Dec @ 15.24. We have made contact with the carrier regarding why no 2nd delivery was attempted. Many thanks for your patience
