Stepchange has given me a new lease of life which I didn’t have before 🙏
I found myself in an ever escalating spiral of debt and not knowing where to go and what to do. All I could see was things getting out of control and not being able to make it through the next week....

You don’t respond to emails which is extremely frustrating when already in a stressful situation of debt
