Hello and thanks for your review. It's highly unusual for our website to show an item for sale when it's not actually in stock, usually it will show anything that's out of stock with a "notify me when back in stock" email option. I've looked into the issue further based on your order times and it transpires there was indeed a technical stock reporting issue at our warehouse (which covers both Sportfish & Farlows) that wasn't resolved until 12:29 on 15th July. I do apologise for this, it is a very rare occurrence and we are working to fix the bug that caused the system issue. Regards, the Sportfish team.

Hello and thanks for your review. I've had a quick look into your order and can see it was placed at 02.45 on Tues 14 July, with Next Day delivery service paid for. As indicated on our website, this is actually a Two Day Service under the Highlands and Island Next Day Restrictions. Your order was dispatched the same day it was ordered, and DPD tracking shows it was received by you on Thurs 16 July. Please could you elaborate what you mean by "DPD failed on delivery"?
