Thanks for your review and sorry to hear about the slow service you received with your order, this falls well below our usual standards of excellent customer service and prompt delivery. Unfortunately we only had one in stock of the Greys Fin fly reel you ordered, and it was in one of our shops not our despatch warehouse. Combined with some late couriers, this lead to some delays before it could be sent to you. Please accept my apologies, it's a very rare occurrence that an order placed using our free delivery service doesn't arrive in 1-3 working days. Regards, the Sportfish team.
