Thank you for the lovely review! We’re glad your online booking was easy to complete. It’s great to hear that you found our customer support caring and thorough.

We're thrilled to hear that you found it easy to make a group booking with us! Our cabin selector and Simply MyAccount were built to keep everything as simple as possible (with more features to come!). It's nice to know we are on the right track. Thank you for the great review 🙌✨

We are simply delighted to hear that! Thanks for your feedback 😁

Thanks for taking the time to leave us 5-stars! ⭐️

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a detailed review! We’re glad you’ve found our pricing competitive and our service helpful before and after booking. The pleasure is ours – we look forward to helping with your next cruise 🤩

Thank you for such a detailed and positive review! It's wonderful to hear that as a first-time Simply Cruises customer, you found our booking process straightforward and intuitive. We work hard to keep things clear and simple, so your feedback really validates our approach (and makes up for the very long hours developing these systems!) 😄 We're delighted you're set for MSC World Europa in November—what an excellent choice! Your point about Wi-Fi options is well taken. We're actually excited to share that we'll soon be launching additional extras booking through your Simply MyAccount, which will include discounted Wi-Fi and other add-ons. We intentionally have tried to keep the main booking process streamlined to avoid overwhelming customers at the time of booking, but the MyAccount feature will give you the flexibility to add those extras when you're ready! Thanks for recommending us, and we hope you have an absolutely fantastic cruise! We'd love to help you plan your next adventure when you return 😎

Thank you for the review! :)
