Excellent cruise ship

Excellent ship. Spotlessly clean. Great food. Friendly, helpful staff. Especially in Il Campo restaurant and cabin steward. Couldn't fault it.

Booking

Ordering very simple, bit upsetting that the price came down by 10% next morning.

Thank you for the kind words about our booking process. Seeing the price drop the morning after you booked is really frustrating and we completely understand that this would put a dampener on your experience. Unfortunately, it was unlucky timing with MSC launching a sale with 10% off the following day. While we always try our best to offer a great deal, our pricing is based on MSC pricing, so when their prices go up, or down, ours do too. Once a booking is confirmed the fare is locked in, which does at least mean you are protected if prices rise. We hope you have a wonderful cruise 💙🛳
