I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service you have received from Simplicity Cremations.
I will be looking in to this further and will contact you once my enquiries are complete.
Cremation can take a long time to happen..up to one month..I did not have to wait that long but I was not aware of this before I used there service..after creamation it takes days before they collect...
