Straightforward product, fit for purpose.

Helpful, understanding, didn't push to oversell...

I sent a check for our allotment insurance 2nd week in January 2018 and after phoning on Monday the 19th of Feb received the policy on the 22nd.I do not think this is a very good service.

I had a no fault claim due to a third party reversing into my car. Claimed off third party insurance. Because of this I was unfairly penalised.

Good price for our allotment society. Only small increase in price from last year probably due to tax increase. Satisfied with cover.

You supplyed a cover of what I needed to insure and not all the flings that where not needed. Great to complete on line. Kind regards Derek

have not had any accidents in the last 55yrs so dont have any reason to fault the insurance

My windscreen picked up a stone and cracked I phoned the contact number the lads came out to me on site and replaced it. Brilliant proffessional speedy service. I do reccomend Shield with total cover...

I had all alternatives given to me and properly explained the given time measures and expectations. It was done very professionally with lots of thought to my needs

service was good but could do with a renew or buy online option
