Lots of choice -but expect to wait!

its difficult to give an honest review during lockdown but when you pay for premium delivery and it still takes 9 days to arrive,its unacceptable.But need to say the call centre staff are lovely:)

Only four stars as the information was wrong on screen for the option 1 on the living in Loveliness Christmas sew with scraps kit and I received the wrong kit. This aside the kits were packed well...

Helpful call centre but disappointing in other ways.

I am still waiting to receive an item in this order.

To send all the items on the order. I have now contacted them twice regarding the missing item and I am still waiting to receive it two weeks later.
