The service is always exceptional and the Signature Lounge is always great. The only thing that troubles me is why the Signature Lounge is closed on some sailings.

Quick loading, lack of seating due to being so busy. I’m a regular traveller to my parents on the island and do have concerns about the rising costs of crossings. Ferry was clean and staff helpful.
Excellent as always. We arrived early & got on a much earlier crossing without any problems. Loading & unloading very quick & organised. Small queue for hot food & drinks which quickly went down.
