I had to cancel my trip due to a heart attack and 13 day stay in hospital fortunately I had taken you insurance your customer care team were simply outstanding in dealing with me.

Excellent communication throughout. Ferry was well organised and punctual. Plenty of seats on board and cafe available. Polite staff.

This was a good journey as it wasn’t Jammed packed. I must say all the staff on your Ferries are so friendly and helpful and polite you should be proud of them.

It was on time both ways good instructions from the loading team I didn’t try the food but had coffee
