This was a UK holiday which I enjoyed being my first walking break. Would love another spa break, maybe Chilterns, Champneys Tring? Need at least two leaders.
Failed to meet the description of the holiday. As a single person I wished to opt for the offer of a shared room and avoid a significant single supplement. This was offered in the brochure and on...

Thanks for your feedback; we do offer the opportunity to share a twin room with another group member of the same sex on most holidays as mentioned in our brochure and website. However, this particular holiday is one of the few exceptions. Rather than having being been withdrawn, the option to share in this particular case had never been offered and made available. On other holidays where we do offer the option to share, these places can be subject to availability, particularly as the departure date nears as we remain liable to the hotels for the under-occupancy supplements for not using both beds in the room. I'm sorry for the frustration that this limitation has caused you, but I hope this explanation at least clarifies our reasoning.

Always quick and efficient. I have never had any problems and always get good service.
Our 20th and certainly one of the very best with perhaps Cuba and Route St Jacque.

I am so pleased to read you enjoyed Peru. I think it is a beautiful country to visit and one of our best holidays. I do hope your altitude issues didn't detract too much from the experience. Just about everybody has to go easy for 24hrs on arriving at high altitude. For most it is no worse than that.
