I don't remember my service mans name but he was very polite and we had a nice conversation.

Service guy showed up on time, was clean and courteous. Did the job well and explained what I needed AND why my hot water was harder than the cold. Works well now.

Puronics stayed with me after my purchase and as I developed a problem with my water conditioner, they worked diligently to resolve my problem. Water conditioner works like new again.

He was very informative and took care of our problem in a very expeditions manner
