did a nice efficient job of changing the media but did not check the water softness is he sure the settings are right ? We are not either. Do not know if we have soft water or not

We had Puronics at our previous address for over 20 years. It makes the water taste great and feel good. We wouldn’t be without puronics. The service technicians are always on time and courteous.
