Easy booking process and detailed itinerary. Great value and good communication when flight details changed. Hotel was good and places to visit recommendations helpful.

Mixed Feelings
We were asked to answer a questionnaire about our requirements for the hotel. We did that but the requirements were not given to the hotel.
