Average.
We liked having an all-in holiday arranged, incl. ferry and hotel. We asked for further info on the hotel at one stage: we were told to speak to the hotel, which was not very helpful.

Good holiday but transport pickups were lousy.
We were very happy with the holiday service, bar the transport. Twice we were kept waiting and getting forgotten at Jersey ferry port late at night was absolutely no fun.
