Very easy airport procedure and transfers to hotel. Met by rep who also came on another day to discuss trips.

The car on the ferry was badly positioned, neither driver or passenger could get of the vehicle easily

Excellent Holiday
Efficient and polite. Provided good supply of information.slight confusion over whether they were part of Premier holidays or separate which affected our transport to hotel.
