It would be very useful if it was possible to view which cars are held on my policy without having to ring up trade plan and ask them. Maybe an online site where we could login in to veiw a list? Cant be that hard?

Good morning,
Thank you very much for renewing with us for another year.
The 14 day cooling off period only applies to consumer contracts such as private car or household.
Your taxi policy is deemed by all insurers to be a commercial contract, therefore the 14 day cooling off period does not exist.
This is industry standard and by no means is a reflection of the policy we have provided or your own circumstances, all clients taking out commercial contracts of insurance are dealt with in the same way.
