From a renewal point of view I am of the impression that we have provided a good service and have been very clear and prompt when answering any questions that you have had. You have renewed your Motor Trade Road Risks insurance policy and may I thank you for your continued support. It appears that the issues you have mentioned are in connection to the fact that we were unable to provide you with insurance for you other businesses. I appreciate that it must be frustrating having insurance policies with 4 different companies, however it is not always possible to integrate particular businesses into one policy. On this occasion your Motor Trade insurer are unable to include either business within their policy. In respect of offering cover with another insurer it may be the case that our prices were uncompetitive or the simple fact that we were unable to source the required insurance products that you require. As I do not have an overwhelming knowledge of this field, I will arrange for one of my colleagues in the commercial department to give you a call this afternoon, at which point we can discuss all of the options that are available.
