Thank you for renewing again with Tradeplan and for your comments regarding your renewal with us. We take all feedback very seriously and a full investigation of your issues has been completed, the main issue is that your previous Insurance Company is no longer in the market. We have endeavored to obtain the best cover as close to what you had that we could, unfortunately this has affected you and for this we apologise. Also the documents were sent out weeks in advance of your renewal as our notes confirm but the revised documents sent had a later date once you had confirmed you had not received them.
